The End of the Year Approaches!
The end of Fiscal Year 2017 is fast approaching. As in the past, U Market will be available for customers to shop. However, purchase orders will not be sent to suppliers from Saturday, June 24 to Friday, June 30.
Purchase orders must be approved by 1 p.m. on Friday, June 23. Check with your local finance team as they may have departmental deadlines that are earlier than the system's deadlines. On July 1, 2017, all U Market activity will resume as normal.
Please note that if you do shop on U Market during the shutdown, the amount you will be invoiced could be different from the price on the purchase order created after the shutdown. You will be required to pay the new price.
From June 24 to June 30, phone orders will be accepted for U Market Stock items only. To place a U Market Stock order, call the Customer Support Team at 612-624-4878. Departments must provide appropriate, active chart string information when ordering. These orders will not be billed until the new fiscal year.
